REALSEC and GSI, allies in the implementation of the Certification Authority of the Electoral Court of Panama
REALSEC and its partner, GSI, were chosen to develop and implement the Certification Authority and the Registration Authority solutions for the Electoral Court of Panama. (http://www.tribunal-electoral.gob.pa/html/)
This project was carried out through the implementation and deployment of the Cryptosec Openkey solutions Suite from REALSEC in its secondary site. Installation was finished in December 2013 and actions were taken to complete the process, such as training four professionals from the Electoral Court on the solutions use and the integration between the Identity Verification System (SVI) and the Cryptosec Openkey Suite.
“This operation positions REALSEC as a company that contributes to the development of eGovernment of Panama, since the Cryptosec Openkey Suite solutions through the Electoral Court will have the category of certificate authority, while at the same time it can certify and register other natural or legal persons with which it interacts”, says Sebastián Muñoz, CEO of REALSEC Inc.
It should also be noted that this solution is fully compatible with the current Electoral Tribunal certificate authority, which facilitates integration and optimum performance between them.
